All the sm/cube/jyp auditions state on their application that they'll accept people aged up to 22 (24 in some cases) but obviously that is not the case in who they pick. So what is the Korean's industry for "too old" or "just right" for auditioning? And does the added year (Koreans add one extra year since when you're born, its considered a year) accepted or is it just some tradition eg: a 22 year old auditions and theyre like "omg hes 23 in korea thats no good"
