For anyone that lives in Orange County or Los Angeles... have you guys heard of the Korean Festivals that have talent contests? I know there was like a SM final audition or something at the Los Angeles Korean Festival. I just came across the Oc Kpop contest wondering who was organizing it..does anyone know if it's a Korean entertainment company? I heard so many kpop artists from California always gets scouted at these festivals even if they don't perform. Supposedly, the scouts are always running around these big Korean events.
